Junior Detectives

The two best friends, Alex and Ethan, had always loved solving mysteries together. They had already solved a few cases in their neighborhood, and they had become quite popular as junior detectives. But one day, while exploring a nearby forest, they stumbled upon something that would change their lives forever.

Hidden among the trees was an old, abandoned house. It looked like it had been empty for years, but Ethan noticed something strange – the front door was slightly open. Interested, the friends decided to investigate. They carefully pushed open the door and searched the house.

While searching, they discovered a strange note hidden in a drawer. The note was written in a complex code that the friends had never seen before. They spent hours trying to figure it out. Just as they were about to give up, Alex noticed a pattern in the symbols.

They followed the clues deep into the forest, and as they approached a clearing, they saw an old metal box buried under the ground. They dug it up and opened it. Inside was a journal filled with handwriting and drawings.

As they read through the journal, the friends were amazed to learn that the house they had discovered had belonged to a famous archaeologist who had mysteriously disappeared many years ago. The journal contained detailed notes of the archaeologist’s expeditions, along with maps and drawings of ancient artifacts and ruins.

They brought the notebook back to the town, where an investigation was started.  It was discovered that an ancient civilization had lived on this exact place, and whose village was built underneath the current town.  The boys became famous as the ancient sites were dug up and shown to the world.
